Frequently asked questions:

“I want to buy some of your beer can you sell me some” – At the minute we are only selling to trade due to our licensing so our beer is only available in bars or stores that stock it. If you can not find our beer in your local store please do feel free to ask them to get in touch with us and we will gladly sell them some to stock.

“Can you ship overseas?” – unfortunately not at the minute but you never know what might happen in the future.

“Will you be making X beer again?” – We dont really rebrew our beers so probably not, Saying that, we do like to brew new versions or twists on old recipes so who knows what turns up – we tend to make things up as we go along most of the time.

“Can you tell me how to make one of your beers?” – At the minute we are not releasing our recipes to the public as we have worked very hard on developing our beers to be unique and individual. Feel free to come and ask us about them is you see us down the pub but dont take offence if we dont tell you a few of our secrets.

“When will you make some cask beer?” – Never, if you like that type of thing then there are thousands of other breweries out there that you might prefer over ours and we wish you all the best on your journey of enjoying them.

“I post crap on the internet can I have some free beer?” – Yes you can but it won’t be from us so please dont waste your time asking.

“I dont like your beer” – Thanks.

“I have a list of notes on how you can improve your beer” – Please email them to consumercare@heineken.co.uk

“Do you have any beer mats?” – Nope (and no we wont be getting any).
